Our national managed care company is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations Support & Testing at our Moon Township, PA Service Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of Coventry systems integration, enhancement projects, testing and system documentation for Customer Service Operations (CSO) and Testing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops strategic, operational and tactical business plans to achieve desired company goals for CSO operations and testing.
• Acts as technical resource liaison between system users and IT for related CSO systems.
• Analyzes and communicates documentation of needed business training material as it relates to system enhancements.
• Oversees progress of projects and testing to move toward completion within defined timetables and resources.
• Serves as representative on IT steering committees for CSO projects.
• Fosters a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to optimize the experience skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the teams.
• Serves as business liaison between Coventry and IDX to prioritize functional IDX enhancements and collaborate with other IDX managed care users.
• Develops and manages the department budget.
• Controls expenses while meeting operational, financial, and servicing requirements.
• Develops and motivates staff; initiates and communicates a variety of personnel actions including employment, termination, performance reviews, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7 - 9 years technical and operations experience in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience in information system development or implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge and understanding of Medicare.
• IDX experienced preferred.
• Strong project management experience including implementing process improvements.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and automated systems databases (i.e. Access, Excel, MMC, and/or CMS systems).

• Effective communication, consulting, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 20% of time.
