Qualifications

- HR professional with a University degree and/or MBA or other advanced degree
- A large experience in human resources management, including the support of manufacturing client group
- Experience in working in an international industrial company with autonomous Business Units and have the ability to influence and communicate at a very senior level
- Demonstrated ability as an influential Strategic Business Partner and Leader who has provided high-impact human resources solutions and results across multiple functions
- Confident and credible execution of the Global Leadership Profile competencies
- Excellent, broadly-based business acumen and strategic planning skills
- Able to negotiate/mediate and/or facilitate the achievement of win/win solutions among a variety of stakeholders
- Flexibility and ability to lead others through change
- Organizational awareness and sensitivity
- Discrete management of information
- Decision making consistent with company values and personal integrity
- Ability to display practical creativity in finding solutions to problems or ways around obstacles
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong interpersonal skills required to deliver sometimes difficult messages with tact and respect for the individual
- Fluency in French and English, including verbal and written skills, is required
