Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a HR Operations Intern to be located in New Brunswick, NJ.

This is a part time position with the option to work full time hours during the summer.

Johnson & Johnson is implementing Workday, a Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to enable the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Enterprise Talent Agenda and provide greater visibility and alignment of J&J's workforce as well as drive standardization of global Human Resources (HR) processes. We are building a HR Operations team to manage the support of the day-to-day operations post implementation. The HR Operations team will work in tandem with the Information Technology team to manage future releases & upgrades, ticket & change management, data quality and overall operational processes. The Steady State HR Operations Intern: will be responsible for auditing steady state operational documents in preparation for audits, will assist in managing ticket/change request/defect tracking and reporting, will create/review test scripts used for testing the Workday system.

Qualifications


Legal Authorization to work in the United States, without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future is required. A minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA is required. Current enrollment in an accredited College/University is required. Human Resources Majors are preferred. This position has an analytical slant, someone with a HR/IT perspective or a 2nd year or 3rd year IT student who is looking for a perspective on what supporting an HR system from an issue mgt perspective is like. An interest in auditing is a plus.

This is a part time position with the option to work full time hours during the summer.
