Searching the best talent for: Project Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

Communications skills to ensure all group levels are adequately involved in the Training Strategies.

Negotiation skills to ensure training plans are met according to project schedules.

Ability to track the training plan's progress.

Maintain training materials and provide educational communications in various forms (e.g. electronic mail, one-on- one with the user and/or classroom.)

Creation and assignment of training curriculums to associates for the designated project.

Training curriculum update (when employees are reassigned to another position).

Data entry of training records in Compliance Wire system.

Maintains project training records files according to current documentation and retention practices.

Compliance Wire training for the designated project new hires.

Translate new and existing documents (English-Spanish / Spanish-English) to support plant activities according to the project.

Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities.

Develops process documentation and training materials for new processes, materials, and equipment

Qualifications


High School Diploma as minimum

Thorough Knowledge in Computers

Basic or advanced computer skills and use of software applications (Microsoft Office, web-based systems, etc)

English (90%)

Previous Manufacturing or Training experience preferred.
