RECRUITING SPECIALIST, GR SPAIN

Johnson and Johnson Global Recruiting is currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist in Spain. This position will be located in Madrid. The Recruiting Specialist, a member of the J&J Global Recruiting Team, will be responsible for managing the recruiting process in a Global and cross-sector environment. In this role the Recruiting Specialist will be onsite to support recruitment efforts across multiple business functions.

The Recruiting Specialist will partner closely with Human Resources to manage the recruiting process from end-to-end, and collaborate in creating staffing plans, developing strategies and implementing action plans. This includes but is not limited to: Developing job appropriate behavioral and competency based interview questions; Coaching hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques; Identify and share recruitment best practices across business units of focus; Maintaining current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements; Initiating and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs.

In addition the Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for interviewing prospective employees and evaluating candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent in classification and selection for a wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines. Gathering candidate feedback from interview team and leading final assessment and selection process, preparing a rating on applicants, negotiating offers, and consulting on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details including, but not limited to, sign on bonuses, relocation, vacation, stock options, annual bonus, etc. Facilitates the relocation of transferred employees, checking professional references and performing other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures. Ensuring exceptions are properly authorized by next level management. Gathering/compiling/maintaining/providing regular metrics for HR-related activities. Managing the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner. Providing company information to candidates and appropriately "sell" candidates on the value proposition of the Johnson & Johnson experience.

Qualifications

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. (Master in HR or MBA highly consider)
- A minimum of 3+ years of high volume recruitment experience is required.
- Experience recruiting for wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions within various professional client groups is required.
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required.
- High level of leadership competencies is required.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, EEO laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc). DDI/Targeted Selection or other Behavioral Based Interviewing Certification is highly desirable.
- Taleo ATS experience, and Recruiting 2.0 techniques are preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, additionally Portuguese will be highly consider.
- This position will be located in Madrid Janssen Cilag offices.
- European Work license is needed.
