DePuy Synthes, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Marketing Communications Specialist Copy Approval, located in Raynham, MA.

The candidate for this role will be a key member of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence supporting the implementation and application of the Copy Approval process.

Responsibilities may include:

Leading the implementation and facilitation of the DePuy Synthes copy approval process.

Work with members of product marketing, communications, professional education, regulatory, legal, clinical affairs and healthcare compliance to facilitate distribution, tracking and approval of marketing materials.

Coordinating and managing copy review meetings.

Manage the copy review calendar.

Assist in ordering journal reprints, coordinate field updates, provide shipping information and job numbers to all materials.

Assisting on projects as needed within the marketing communications team (eg product launches, special projects)

Partner with other Specialists to develop and implement best practices and innovation to ensure all material is approved according to compliance requirements.

Ensure approved materials are recorded per the Johnson & Johnson records retention policy.

Qualifications


Associates degree is required. Minimum of 3 years experience working in a professional business environment.
