Small Business Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative / Account Manager Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Sales Support Service Representative to work in our Client Services Group. Located in our Insurance Sales Center in downtown Minneapolis. Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc is a growing personal and small business direct-to-consumer insurance agency. Our team members describe our work environment as successful, exciting, hard-working and caring. This Customer Service Representative position will service commercial lines policies. They ensure the customer has accurate insurance coverage, process endorsements, certificates of insurance and provide other daily service to our customers. We offer customers insurance choices with multiple insurance companies. This is a large volume area in a fast-pace, friendly work environment. Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm M-F
Basic Qualifications: 1+ years insurance experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated insurance policy knowledge; good computer skills including Windows and Microsoft office; keyboard and 10 key data entry skills; excellent verbal communications skills; excellent customer service and phone skills; detailed oriented; ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; strong organizational skills; team player.
2+ years insurance experience Proven customer service skills Insurance Property & Casualty license required
