Our Human Resources Team: Provides management and guidance on all policies, programs and compliance efforts associated with hiring, team member retention, compensation/benefits, diversity/inclusion, employee relations, learning programs, and consults with managers and team members to manage change. CLG HR partners with business leaders to drive performance as well as to identify and manage employment, operational and reputation risks. The Learning & Development Consultant 3 will have primary responsibility for leading project teams and overall project management for a variety of L&D solutions for multiple business partners across Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Service. Projects include small to large-scale efforts with varying degrees of scope and complexity. - Manages a wide variety of L&D projects tied to key business priorities and initiatives. - Effectively partners, consults, and collaborates across L&D, HR and with the business to effectively develop, deliver and measure L&D solutions tied to business results. - Utilizes established project management processes and documents when leading L&D projects. - Effectively communicates with project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. - Develops and revises project plans as appropriate to achieve business results. - Works with project team members to identify escalation items and resolution to ensure achievement of project deliverables. - Provides direction and feedback to project team members to ensure successful completion of project deliverables. - Provides feedback to team members in an effort to maximize individual performance and contribution to the project team. - Exercises judgment within company policy, practices, precedents and procedures to determine appropriate course of action. - Interacts with all levels of staff and management in a diverse environment. - Must be a team player and willing to support the team in a variety of ways including collaborating with others and sharing and exporting of best practices across the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage organization and the WF enterprise. - Must demonstrate experience of operating and thriving in a fast paced, ever-changing and challenging environment. **Consideration will be given to team members across the Wells Fargo Consumer Lending footprint.
Basic Qualifications: 4+ years learning or human resources consulting experience.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. - Experience leading a wide variety of projects, including those that expand across multiple business lines. - Proven ability in producing outstanding results through effective influencing, collaboration and partnerships with team members at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated experience as a thought leader with the ability to bring a creative and innovative approach to project management. - Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. - Proven consulting skills and ability to build strong, trusted relationships. - Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and quickly re-prioritize workload due to changes in business priorities. - Strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail and follow-up. - Sporadic travel up to 30%. This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo''s compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
