The Packaged Credit Lending Manager will be responsible for providing production underwriting and risk support in the areas of underwriter credit quality, application quality, fraud loss prevention, training, and regulatory compliance. This Lending Manager will lead a team and also be responsible for ensuring adherence to portfolio exception tolerences, asset quality requirement, and satisfactory compliance reviews. Functions include: - Approving loans in excess of team member lending authorities; - Ensuring conformity with bank policies and procedures; - Advising and counseling relationship managers with structuring, pricing and documentation of individual loan transactions; - Monitoring and reviewing staff loan underwriting quality and pipeline management; - Planning, organizing, and directing managers and staff in accomplishing business goals and objectives; - Developing and growing partnerships with business partners within market and across business lines; - May be responsible for preparing or reviewing reports provided to senior management regarding lending recommendations and portfolio performance -Accountable for assuring all team members know, understand and demonstrate proficiency regarding applicable regulations for the LOB 8:30am to 5:30pm EST Monday thru Friday
Basic Qualifications: 8+ years lending experience and 3+ years management experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Successful candidates must be articulate with the ability to influence others and possess demonstrated leadership aptitude; Must have strong inter-personal effectiveness; Ability to analyze available information including multiple data sets, draw accurate conclusions, and formulate corrective action measures; Ability to work collaboratively and to partner to find solutions in a matrixed environment; Strong change management skills with ability to adapt and influence others to accept change; Wealth Management/High Net Worth Lending experience; Experience with financial statement analysis including complex self-employed borrowers; Self-directed/self-motivated. 8:30am to 5:30pm EST Monday thru Friday
Preferred Skills: Proficient in MS Office specifically with Powerpoint, Excel, Word; Experience using pivot tables in Excel; Experience using Moody s Risk Analysis (MRA) In-depth knowledge of Consumer Credit Regulations Thorough understanding of high net worth clients/Wealth Management Ability to think strategically seeing the big picture and understanding of the impacts of tactical decisions on the larger strategic vision.
