Our Default Servicing Team: Respectfully engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies. -Work with attorney firms and cross-business units to ensure clear and marketable title is conveyed to HUD and VA within regulatory guidelines on pre and post sale loans -Work with attorney firms, investors, VRM and VA to resolve all title issues -Monitor receipt of VA acquisition funds -Monitor department reports to ensure timeframes are met and to ensure KI compliance -Review existing procedures and recommend changes in order to increase time savings and ensure proper work flow -Assist ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts surrounding FHA & VA title process and manage small projects and/or small segments of larger projects -Act as subject matter expert for the business unit -Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Manager
Basic Qualifications: 6+ months administrative experience or interacting with customers/people.
Minimum Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong math skills - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills - Strong PC skills; Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook ,and Access applications - Knowledge of agency, investor and VA/FHA guidelines - FHA/VA default servicing experience **This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo''s compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with Fidelity applications (CPI/LPS) - Experience with Vendorscape web-based application - Experience with VALERI -Completion of secondary education
