- Manage large national deployments and special projects from inception to completion for Enterprise & Government Agencies. - Partner with National Federal Account Manager(s), Global Enterprise Manager(s), and Wireless Project Mangers to ensure required deployment process steps are completed. - Ensure adherence to and accurate completion of all required implementation procedures. - Responsible for leading cross-functional teams composed of multiple internal departments regarding all aspects of the project tasks and deliverables. - Lead and conduct weekly status calls with all required functional groups throughout the project implementation process. - Maintain status reports, action item logs, and due dates. - Coordinate field resources across all regions in support of onsite customer device deployments. - Manage in house staging of devices prior to shipping to the customer or end user. - Proactively partner with BGCO (Business & Government Customer Operations), and ensure alignment of all internal project tasks including assignment of support teams, development of profiles, and ongoing support of contract deliverables. - Create a superb Customer Experience by collaborating with all cross-functional departments to ensure accounts are set up correctly prior to customer deployment (i.e. price plan build, feature conditioning, bill changes, profiles, EWI, VEC and MyBiz). - Develop and analyze ongoing operational enhancements to increase efficiency relating to the overall deployment process and success. - Measure, track and reduce the time to complete large deployment projects and operational improvement initiatives continuously. - Manage all facets of projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals. - Partner with the VES Reporting and Analytics team to ensure reporting is accurate and timely based on contract deliverables. - Ensure compliance with Verizon Wireless business policies and requirements. - Ensure all project deadlines, budget, and quality goals are met, while utilizing quality principles and appropriate methodologies. - This position requires extensive travel; up to 100%.
