Our Default Servicing Team: Respectfully engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies. Property Preservation is seeking a candidate with proven quality assurance experience to join their team. The selected candidate will play a critical role assisting the Quality Control team, preservation vendors, and other areas of the department. This includes reviewing the CC Due/KFUR reports, reviewing curtailments, assisting with bill-backs, as well as assisting the preservation auditors. - Will be assisting with the vendor QC team in building and enhancing audits as well as enhancing databases. - Will also be responsible for providing feedback on opportunity of improvement and identify ambiguities in the process. - Responsible for maintaining the preservation manual/QC Manual. - Will handle reporting of loans month end reports, work with Vendors both off site and on site, and other internal Wells Fargo departments to develop processes, effective communication and effective team building.
Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of operations experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to research and compile basic, operational data. Has basic reporting skills.

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo''s compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
Preferred Skills: - Property Preservation experience. - Self motivated, dependable and willing to take initiative. - Experience with Fidelity applications. - Experience with excel.
