Our Default Servicing Team: Respectfully engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies. **PLEASE NOTE: The posting duration may be shortened based on job seeker volume. Responsible for performing a variety of loan serving tasks. Functions include but are not limited to: reviewing, responding and processing basic loan maintenance reports, preparing and sorting letters, scanning and/or copying, uploading documents to various systems (both internal and external), updating data and records according to department procedures and government regulations; maintaining loan files; other processing and servicing duties.
Basic Qualifications: 6+ months administrative experience or interacting with customers/people.
Minimum Qualifications: -Strong Computer Skills -Excellent verbal and written communication -Ability to work in a process/production environment This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo''s compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents
