Property Preservation is seeking a candidate with proven auditing skills to join their team. The selected candidate will play a critical role assisting the Quality Control team, preservation vendors, and other areas of the department. - Will be completing vendor and department audits to ensure policies and procedures are being followed according to SLA''s, investor guidelines, etc. - Will be responsible for trending data and work together with the vendors to get audits into compliance. - Will also be responsible for providing feedback on opportunity of improvement and identify ambiguities in the process. - Will work with Vendors both off site and on site, and other internal Wells Fargo departments to assist in developing new audits.
Basic Qualifications: 6+ months experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment.
Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to research and compile basic, operational data. - Proficient with Excel - Excellent database/reporting skills. - Knowledge of preservation/default requirements. - Self motivated, dependable and willing to take initiative - Excellent written and oral communication skills. This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo''s compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
Preferred Skills: - Property Preservation experience. - Audits experience - Experience with Fidelity applications.
