Description

Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of  

programs/projects or subsystems of major programs/projects. Directs all phases of programs/projects from inception through completion. Facilitate the execution of a major delivery order by applying business planning and execution processes; implementing Earned Value Management practices. Directly support the Integrated Product Team lead with execution and reporting requirements. Responsible for the implementation, integration, tracking and reporting on the enterprise program processes to ensure an integrated infrastructure plan meets program needs. Support vertical and horizontal integration for all processes across all IPT's within the Business area supported by the delivery order. Ensure products result in quality, compliant, affordable, and on-time deliverables that achieve customer satisfaction. Mange monthly business meetings. Collect and analyze data for staffing briefings and ensure accuracy. Responsible for the vertical and horizontal integration of the program. Facilitates enterprise process activities and ensures enterprise plans are properly coordinated and implemented.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (equivalent related experience)  with 3 years relevant experience; Masters and 1 years experience. Interim Secret clearance required.
