Description
Northrop Grumman Information Systems is looking for a Senior Project Integrator. The ideal candidate will initially support the sponsor organization by creating the Program's documentation (i.e. Project Management Plan, Requirements Document) and other PMF documentation. The candidate will also support the effort to build out the preliminary design review. The selected candidate will be key to compiling all documentation, collecting and tracking action items, and providing administrative assistance to the PM and Deputy PM.
 
Job Duties Include:
·         Provides project management support to the government PMO for an IT infrastructure program.
·         Supports all aspects of the IT project's life-cycle including technical planning, cost and risk, and impact assessments.
·         Creates and manages project's resource loaded schedule using Primavera.
·         Facilitates TEMs across multiple divisions (architecture, infrastructure, applications) and with Mission Application groups.
·         Prepares meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
·         Captures, tracks and manages PMO action items.
·         Supports the analysis of the effects of the new IT infrastructure on the existing enterprise upon various areas such as Engineering and O&M to help determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to transition to the new IT infrastructure. Supports the government PMO's identification and management of program risks.
·         Helps formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
·         Interacts daily with senior government staff across multiple organizations in order to successfully support the government PMO. Therefore, must be able to communicate well, in writing and in person, with technical and management personnel from junior to senior levels.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-       Bachelors degree with 14+ years of related experience

-       Extensive life-cycle system engineering experience

-       Previous experience working directly for government personnel

-        Must have an active and current TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph

-       U.S. citizenship required


Preferred Qualifications:

 


-       Prior System Integrator experience for the Intelligence Community

-       Familiarity with the customer's Project Management Framework (PMF)
