Description

Special Programs Analysis IPT lead. This position is responsible for the special programs analysis team which includes Stress, Loads, Dynamics, Aeroelastics, Aerodynamics, Performance, Mass Properties and Materials and Processes. This position will have full accountability for cost, schedule and technical performance with analysis documentation, materials development, certification/verification and test, release schedule and support to various IPTs. The candidate will lead and provide daily direction to the organization to ensure program goals are achieved. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal , planning and communication skills, knowledge of the latest analysis codes and methods, earned value cost/schedule management skills, performance evaluations and report writing.  Some travel required.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
BS in ME/AE/CE required plus 20 years of relevant experience. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance and special access clearances.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Degree in ME/AE/CE. Top Secret Clearance.
