Description
Northrop Grumman is seeking a candidate with outstanding programmatic, subject matter expertise, and leadership skills in the area of Navy Integrated Air & Missile Defense; Modeling, Simulation & Analysis management and Multi-Domain, System-of System architectures responsible for developing, managing and shaping advanced concepts related to multi-domain A2/AD. This includes development and integration of models and simulations representing undersea and above water environments and concepts. It also includes use of those tools to analyze mission performance and evaluate capabilities in A2/AD scenarios to support strategic shaping and customer engagement. The candidate would be involved in supporting and shaping mission capabilities in early BAP capture phases and promote mission solutions to improve Pwin on capture efforts. The candidate will leverage collaboration across the sector and corporation as appropriate regarding models and simulations, analysis, and mission solutions. Experience in leading cross-divisional, cross-sector, multi-domain teams is a highly desirable along with executive briefing experience. Position will also have responsibility for internal development projects, managing key relationships with universities and Navy labs and program management responsibility for related programs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of System Engineering experience, 4+ years managing teams or as technical lead
- BS or higher in systems engineering or operations research
- Experience leading high performance teams and managing multiple priorities with cost and schedule responsibilities
- Recent TOP SECRET / SI / TK
- Knowledge of modeling and simulation development and verification
- Knowledge of the latest threats, A2/AD environment, Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD), and Navy customers
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective customer communication and satisfaction
- Experience working proposals and white papers
Preferred Qualifications
- MS in systems engineering or operations research
- Experience with leading and writing conference papers
- Active TOP SECRET / SI / TK clearance
