Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking an Information Operations Planner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Miami, FL.
The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's commitment to serving our customer, the US Marine Corps Information Operations Center by assisting in the advancement of new and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of current communication and engineering technologies supported by excellent listening and administrative skills to capture highlights of briefings, and key engagement with others in the industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides full spectrum Information Operations support to the Marine Corps Information Operations Center as a liaison to Marine Forces SOUTHCOM.
Provides planning and targeting support to integrate and synchronize IO and exercises. - Duties include development of military operational plans and development of innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Participates in meetings, conferences and technology related events and experiments.
- Develops, maintains, and archives security related documents, doctrine, and classified information within compartments.
- Provide technical expertise, support and management on the implementation of IO related programs, projects and capabilities.
- Interface, coordinate and leverage ongoing research and development (R&D) efforts across industry, US government and academia.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as an Information Operations Planner, Military Information Support Operations professional, or other information-related capability planner required. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Experience is necessary supporting compartmented or special operations such as Special Technical Operations (STO) Planning, Tailored Technical Operations, or service in a position with similar responsibilities and must have a working knowledge of IO theory, employment, and tactics, techniques and procedures.

Must be familiar with DoD or Service IO policy and processes, the Marine Corps Planning Process, the Joint Operations Planning Process and security policy and execution.

Current TS/SCI required.
