- Designing and developing interactive web, desktop, and mobile applications
- Developing the back-end for a range of instructional materials, such as scenario-based casual/serious games and interactive assessment exercises for mobile phones and tablets
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing software code with existing or developed systems
- Analyzing business requirements, researching the range of applications, and recommending innovative, cost-effective solutions
- Optimizing website usability

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 5 years experience with a Bachelors of Science degree in related field. Minimum Required Skills: Experience programming in OOP languages such as Actionscript, JavaScript, Java, C#, C++, or VB. Two or more years of experience programming in Actionscript 3.0. Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Experience with database design and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications: ASP.NET C# expertise. Experience programming in OOP languages such as Actionscript, JavaScript, Java, C#, C++, and VB. Two or more years of experience programming in Actionscript 3.0. Experience in database design and SQL. Experience in mobile application development. Advanced knowledge of Flex/Flash Builder, Flex Framework, or Adobe AIR Runtime.
