- Web development experience using Dreamweaver, Flash, Captivate, and Articulate
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Vector and raster graphic design experience in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Motion graphics and visual effects for animations and video using Flash, Maya, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Premiere
- Experience designing for mobile application development

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Multimedia or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- An on-line portfolio of work samples is required.
- Experience in technology-based learning, and course design with a special emphasis on interactive/simulation-based online course development, to meet existing and emergent training needs
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with 2D and 3D interactive gaming
- Basic knowledge of ActionScript, or JavaScript
- 3D animation experience
