Description

Northrop Grumman Technical Services is looking for a Product Trainer. Candidate will Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtain information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepare training materials; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids. Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: - At least 5 years experience in SIM/STIMs with an emphasis with JLCCTC-ERF and/or Low Overhead drivers
- Advanced windows and linux operating systems experience
- Database management experience
- Scenario development experience
- System Administration expertise with Linux
-Must have or be able to obtain a DoD secret clearance



Preferred Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of JLCCTC-ERF
- Experience with MCS such as CPOF and BFT
- Linux system administrator
