Role:
This position is responsible for helping to develop the strategic recommendation of the outbound contact program (Next Best Contact program) for the assigned Retail channel(s) (i.e. Branch, Fixed Income Sales, Education, Marketing channels like e-mail and direct mail, etc.). Upon approval of recommendation from senior RSO and channel leadership, the position is responsible for the implementation and execution of the program. The position also serves as an advocate for the assigned channel(s) to drive sales optimization processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend quarterly strategy; obtain approval from senior leadership and subsequently execute
- Monitor and assess performance of campaigns, triggers, and referrals; take action as needed to optimize production
- Manage outbound capacity for assigned channel(s)
- Execute communication and awareness to associates as needed
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and channel teams to identify new opportunities and subsequently execute on them
- Manage test and learn program for assigned channel(s)
- Serve as primary point of contact for channel stakeholders
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and channel teams to identify new opportunities to create efficiencies and easier processes for front line associates; subsequently execute on them
- Project manage the implementation of identified sales optimization items
Requirements:
- 4 year college degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Management or Marketing required
- 3 years of work related experience
- 5 years of total experience
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills for all levels of associates and management; ability to successfully convey messages in a variety of formats including power point
Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong relationship management skills
- No licenses required but Series 7, 63/64, 24, and other securities licenses preferred
