The MPF Bank Quality Control Associate will review closed loans audits findings of Members loans to ensure compliance to Fannie Mae and/or MPF Guidelines. Duties will include; reviewing repurchase requests to Members and their rebuttals, loan modification exception reviews, tracking the progress of Members quality performance, and educating Members on underwriting guidelines.
 
Specifications: Bachelors degree, 5-10 years Quality Control or Underwriting experience. Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines and familiarity with regulatory disclosure documents needed. Strong MS Office with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication and problem solving skills.
