Description
- As a key member of R&D Projects, develop effective production processes for new medical device, as defined by stabilization and business metrics (including DFMEA, control plan, tooling and equipment, GR&R, process capability etc.).
- Provide DFM review to design team to ensure the product is manufacturable & with low cost as possible.
- Develop and qualify production tooling/equipment to support predicted volumes.
- Plan and conduct process validation.
- Develop and meet stabilization metrics of products with specified guidelines.
- Apply comprehensive & diverse knowledge of engineering principles to a broad
- range of assignments.
- Plan, conduct & direct engineering assignments to completion.
- May co-ordinate, direct activities of other technical support staff & be responsible for their assignments.
- Identify and provide input to the design to enable more robust manufacturing of components and assembly.
- Domestic & international travel, as required

Qualifications


² Bachelor Degree or above with discipline of mechanical engineering, or equivalent.

² 5+ year working experiences in development of production/assembly line for mechanica devices.

² Solid skills to formalize concepts for production fabrication of parts & assemblies as well as for bread boarding & modeling needs.

² Solid skills to apply GR&R and DOE to the design and development.

² In-depth understanding and application of GD&T skills.

² Understanding of various manufacturing & production monitoring techniques.

² Experience with machining process and/or injection molding process.

² Knowledge & understanding of Medical Regulations & impact on business is a plus.

² Effective team interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse cultural environments.

² Fluent in both Chinese and English.

² Analytical and creative thinking.

² Excellent teamwork, detail oriented, flexible & high quality driven
