DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST (ASSET AND LIFECYCLE)
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Desktop Support Analyst function in the Customer Advocacy Technical Support (CATS)-Lifecycle Management group requires field support technician, analyst, and strong leadership skills. The Desktop Support Analyst coordinates desktop, print and mobile device asset tracking, establishes and enforces lifecycle standards and oversees annual refresh efforts.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitors asset data accuracy, identifies source of errors and appropriate corrective action and directs responsible staff to correct data errors.

Establishes data quality standards and manages asset data to standard.

Communicates and assists with training of CATS staff to assure asset data standards are useful, understood and enforced.

Collaborates with Desktop Engineering to develop, review and update Desktop, Print and Mobile Device Roadmap, as well as associated asset lifecycles.

Assure assets are replaced according to established lifecycles by identifying end of life devices and overseeing annual refresh project.

Assist in tracking desktop, print and mobile device spending, budget and financial planning as required.

Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous (3–5 years) experience in information technology with emphasis in desktop support, client interface, hardware installation and operation.
- Previous project team experience working on complex projects.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent consultative, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL Certification or ITSM/ITIL training is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, other systems technical staff, and vendors.
