Reporting to the Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing for the Vision Care Franchise, the Senior Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Brand Equity will be part of a newly formed Global Strategic Marketing Organization tasked with building new marketing capabilities for the Vision Care Franchise. The qualified candidate will help strengthen global brand equity assets and shared capabilities that leverage the size, scale, and synergies of the ACUVUEŽ brand.

Key elements of the role include:

- Building the ACUVUEŽ brand globally including brand definition, architecture, and equity design guidelines
- Defining and building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and leading evolution of ACUVUE.com portal
- Gaining alignment to Marketing Competency Model and developing a Vision Care Marketing Training program to consistently build key competencies across regions
- Regional alignment, deployment and adoption of the Global Brand Footprint
- Develop Transfer Success Models across regions/countries, transferring learning's and best practices globally in partnership with platform teams
- Build global mindset within the broader Vision Care organization and develop marketing expertise within regional/local teams, fostering high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required; an MBA or equivalent degree is preferred; a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience is required which must include a minimum of five (5) years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience; Global / Multicultural experience is preferred; prior people management experience is required; a demonstrated track record of marketing leadership including advertising, new products and business plan development is required; a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior management to impact decision-making is required; a track record in identifying winning consumer insights, growth opportunities and priorities and influencing alignment to execute against strategic growth plan is required; coaching and mentoring skills to develop marketers is required; prior experience working with R&D, Market Research, Advertising Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required; prior experience working with Legal, Regulatory and global partners is preferred; previous classical marketing training and line management experience are required. This position may require up to 25% international and domestic travel and will be based in Jacksonville, Florida.
