Job Summary: Works as member of strong team supporting outpatient Physician practice. Handles high volume phone contact as liaison between Physicians and patients.  Provides patient education, especially in regard to pharmaceuticals and insurance and supports business goals of practice.

Required Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.  Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting Program

Required License: AAMA CMA Certification; BCLS Certification required.

Required Experience: Minimum of one-year experience in front or back office of a medical setting.  Exceptional customer service and team player skills.  Possesses an ability to function in a high stress, physically demanding setting.
