We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our KSA business. This role will be office based and requires candidates with specific sales analysis knowledge and preferably FMCG industry experience.

Main Accountabilities:


 


·         Manage external and internal recruitment activities as per global process (e.g.,JRF, job briefing, OJP, screening cv's/applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, informing candidates on the feedback, extend ing offers, sending regret letters, coordinating on-boarding activities, etc).


·         Managing recruitment process for all Gulf vacancies up to WL2 level positions. White and Blue collar


·         Work closely with Recruitment Head, Hiring Manager, Expertise Team and HR Business Partners in promoting the Employer Brand in order to attract the right candidates.


·         Communicate Unilever Employee Value Proposition to prospective candidates in order to attract and convert talent. Keep in mind Employer Branding and Customer service in every step.


·         Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request. Month end reports, updating trackers, closing tickets, sending surveys etc.


·         Coordinate Recruitment transactional activities in support of Line Manager.


·         Provide feedback & comments from market to ET in order to develop/design recruitment strategies.


·         Ensure compliance in area of Recruitment policy.


·         Manage the candidate pool by identifying & using multiple talent channels (including, but not limited to, 3rd party agencies, social networking sites, career tool, internal posting, referral systems, external job boards, etc).


·         Responsible for briefing and management of recruitment agencies. Responsible for recruitment invoices.


·         Coordination of logistics for recruitment events where appropriate.


·         Maintain Recruitment budget in line with country local practice.


·         Point of contact within the SD for any customer issues & problems in Recruitment.
