Job Objective:
To provide neccessary supply chain support to Indochaina business unit to meet the unit's vision and targets by
1. Exsuring exprt documents are prepares and comply with the regulation.
2. Ensuring Overseas customer services are provided as per agreed norm.
3. Ensuring invoicing/documentation is prepared in a timely & accurate manner by liasing with customer service team.
4. Ensuring payment is received in a timely & accurate mannaer bu liasing with Customer service
5. Ensuring replenishment orders are prepared, agreed and processed correctly.
6. Measuring performance, suggesting and implementing improvements.
7. Ensuring transprotation cost saving.
Qualification required:
1. 3 years experience in import- export business as job holder must have good knowledge of custom formalities and foreign trade, practice.
2. Knowledge and experience in computer standard software package, preferably advance for Excel and Power Point plus
3. Good English communication is a must
4. Good communication and business awareness
