Business Partner to Finance/Customer/Sales/Master data & Concessionaire teams to align above tasks with category financial delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of the business capabilities
- Creating & installing core Out of Home (OoH) processes in all:
- Identify & resolve capability gaps
- Stock sell-in / sell- out management
- Commission and Contract management
- Admin, process and info. support
- P+L analysis and financial risks
- Credit terms and sureties
- Cold chain quality monitoring
- Equipment and CAPEX planning & management
- Training - best practice roll out
- KPI production for business
- Implementing the Ultra tools to enable a best in class operation
- Sales management Information
- Process champion for Ola ice cream sales out reporting system, Qlikview, maintain/develop/analyse.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for Ola reporting, issuing to sales team.
- Building information reports to manage concessionaires, sales teams to drive business growth, sales exception reports, recommended ordering, stock holding etc.
- Partner with Cabinet manager to develop best in class cabinet management process
- Business process owner for SAP sales loading and related activities
- Ultra support process champion
- Ola master data process owner, ensure integrity of data, products/customers.
