Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include staff management, general administration, financial activities, project management and management of patient/clinic flow and section processes.
Staff management activities include hiring, on-boarding, coaching, counseling and performance reviews, payroll, staffing and other related activities
Liaison to clinical staff, hospital departments, Rush Health and other departments to coordinate required processes.
Oversee expenses to meet budget targets
Assist with projects
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies
Position Requirements.
HS Diploma required. Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
Two or more years of prior healthcare experience required
Expert knowledge of duties performed in the area of responsibility
Management and Ambulatory experience preferred
Must be competent in Basic Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge of ideal patient flow and revenue cycle requirements
