Role:
The Coordinator, eMarketing is responsible for coordinating and executing on effective marketing Web site projects to support engagement and acquisition goals. This individual is responsible for translating business objectives, research and success metrics into actionable, innovative tasks; working with creative teams, both internal and external.
This role requires a confident, creative, and detail-oriented individual who possesses exceptional organization skills, knowledge of digital projects and digital applications, and the ability to collaborate with fellow marketers, designers and technologists in a cooperative, team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate aspects of marketing web site updates and project initiatives through creative development, review and execution phases
- Collaborate with Sr Specialists, eMarketing and Sr Manager, eMarketing to coordinate and execute aspects of major web update, optimization, and redesign projects
- Work with business groups, such as the Retail Product and Marketing teams, to solicit and review content for web page updates
- Execute and complete web site updates via the content management system (Autonomy TeamSite)
- Coordinate and direct development of copy messaging and graphics/screenshots as necessary to use on web pages
- Obtain necessary approvals on content via the business group and Sr Manager
- Propose and monitor any process or workflow changes to gain efficiencies
- Follow procedures and maintain documentation of changes to website
- Track versioning of updates to website
- Track document changes
- Provide direction and feedback on content and creative to internal and external marketing teams
- Coordinate with external agencies on larger scale web projects
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop copy messaging and design graphics for use on web site updates, sitelets, or landing pages
- Keep abreast of evolving digital and financial services landscapes and digital technology
- Maintain knowledge of content management system
- Stay up to date on financial services digital technology by periodically reviewing competitor websites, industry communications, and other sources for best practices.
Requirements:
- 4 year college degree in Marketing, Advertising or Web Design preferred
- 2-4 years related experience
- Experience in digital marketing, including website management and campaign development
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to plan, manage and execute on simultaneous projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment; must be able to drive project, debate merits of approach and work effectively with others
- Excellent relationship management skills, especially interpersonal, verbal and written communication; must be able to communicate ideas across all levels and disciplines within the organization and agencies
- Ability to understand and deliver on key success metrics, business objectives, revenue optimization and digital best practices
- Must be self-motivated, client experience oriented and a strong team player
- Experience with content management systems/software or digital asset management, including familiarity with standardized release and update cycles preferred
- Experience with Web analytics software, methodology and best practices preferred
- Experience with digital A/B and multivariate testing and conversion optimization software, methodology and best practices preferred
- Experience with onsite search and external/natural search optimization technology and best practices preferred
