EDM Data Analyst Role:
Position Overview:
The Data Analyst position for the Bank of America EDM is responsible for receiving, processing and analyzing the MACD requests from the partner(HP). This position is also responsible for identifying exceptions to the process and providing feedback in regards to this inventory back to the partner. On occasion, will be asked to provide reporting from the tool based on the processing of these MACDs. Also will need to work closely with the Contract team who manages the EDM on bug tracking and fixes.

â ¢Must be at an intermediate level proficiency or above in Microsoft Excel
â ¢Handle direct requests from the customer and provide feedback / responses in a timely fashion
â ¢Ability to work with internal teams and contractors to resolve technical problems with the EDM tool
â ¢Must be able to review and analyze large spreadsheets in order to identify data discrepancies and errors
â ¢Provide periodic reporting for the account team upon request
