The Security Applications QA Manager will be responsible for qualifying solutions that combat email threats. SecApps QA Engineers test code both manually and with automated tools. We identify integration bugs before the code is written, we solve complex testing challenges and write resilient automated tests. We work closely with development and operations to review and guide technical implementations, product testability, and product deployments. Secapps QA successfully releases 2-4 releases per month that directly impact millions of end users.

- Assimilate and comprehend the technical details of projects in development in order to better plan their qualification and and delivery.
- Define and execute a vision for test automation.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years in a quality assurance position as an individual contributor.
- 5+ years in a management position (leading teams, defining schedules, proven release track record).
- Experience with complex, high-performance hosted environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of hosted services and horizontally-scaled distributed systems is a plus.
- Understanding of operational procedures in large-scale data centers a plus.
- Experience owning the release decision, and making the unpopular decision in the face of stubborn opposition.
- Agile experience is a plus
