Responsibilities:
Business Operations and Systems Services group is looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Business Analyst(IT Service Management expert) with strong analytical skills with previous experience of working in complex projects, capturing/understanding complex business processes, developing clear business requirements .
Requirements:
*Strong understanding of business requirements, technology trends. Translate into robust processes and system solutions
*Strong knowledge in the following areas: IT Service Management, Service Catalog, Program management, business intelligence, Agile,, Oracle, DMAIC, Six Sigma, Metrics, Process, People skills, collaboration,
* Familiarity & experience with IT operations and ITIL processes
*Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and able to perform in a global business model
*Must also have excellent analytical abilities and problem solving skills
*Able to lead a team of outsourced resources in projects
*Willing to work flexible hours in the occasion of major system outage.
*BS with 10 plus years experience
