Primary Responsibilities:
Debugging, troubleshooting and reproducing customer found issues; testing and applying workarounds; testing patches; managing relations with customer while a problem is getting resolved; providing technical expertise to customer regarding deployment configurations; post-mortem analysis of failures and bugs; improving product debugability; reporting software, hardware and interoperability bugs.

Requirements:
Position requires minimum BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
Minimum 8 years combined Software, System test, QA or System Engineering experience in Networking, Datacenter and Server solution areas.
Wiliness to work on shift schedules supporting customer deployments and operations.

Qualifications:
Excellent communications and problem solving skills.
Experience in supporting, deploying networking and server solutions in a production environment.
5+ years of experience in testing, escalation or system engineering of L2/L3 networking products.
5+ years of experience in testing, escalation or system engineering of FC SAN switches or storage devices.
5+ years of experience in testing or certification one of following OS: Linux, Windows, ESX.
5+ years of experience in testing distributed software system infrastructures and frameworks (Examples: IPC API testing, CLI framework, performance profiling, high-availability systems, management and control path).
Hands-on experience setting up switches, servers and test lab equipment.


Experienced - Non Manager
