Position: Treasury Manager â Asia Pacific
Location: Rolle, Switzerland

Reporting to the European/AsiaPac Cash Manager in Rolle, Switzerland, this person will be responsible for driving treasury operations throughout Asia Pacific with an emphasis on the high growth countries for Cisco within the region. He/She will work closely with internal clients to become a trusted advisor and align with the cash management and Treasury centers globally.

Areas of responsibility include:
â ¢ Developing and maintaining optimal cash management structures
â ¢ Partnering with Tax, Legal, Finance, Accounting and other functions of Treasury to align entity structure and corporate objectives (intercompany balance management, entity funding, regulatory compliance)
â ¢ Liaising with Global Shared Service Centers (GSS) supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable on ERP implementations/changes for the region
â ¢ Working with global teams for new entity creation, acquisition integration, entity restructuring
â ¢ Understanding and identifying foreign exchange risks and regulations to solve with Treasuryâ s Foreign Exchange team
â ¢ Analyzing financial risks/opportunities associated with excess cash, trade and credit, specific deal inquiries.
â ¢ Insuring controls and compliance are adhered to throughout region
â ¢ Driving the relationship with key cash management banks
â ¢ Advising on, and driving application of, best-in-class payment processing
â ¢ Driving continuous improvement of treasury tools and technology
â ¢ Partnering closely with GSS and Tax organization through project roll-out
â ¢ Supporting day-to-day in-house banking activities

Requirements:
â ¢ Five to ten plus years of experience in treasury management within a multinational corporation or global banking environment
â ¢ Strong back ground in cash management and foreign exchange
â ¢ General understanding of capital markets
â ¢ Experience in working with treasury systems and understanding of ERP systems is an advantage
â ¢ Excellent leadership and communication
â ¢ Highly flexible and team-oriented
â ¢ Ability to work in an informal but demanding environment
â ¢ Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize and manage expectations
â ¢ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
â ¢ Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills
â ¢ Advanced degree in finance, accounting or treasury required
â ¢ Knowledge of Mandarin helpful
