Pricing and Promotion Systems Functional Support | § Price & Price Promotions Administration and Support: Preparation for national SKU rollouts, maintain corporate price structure elements, lead mass SKU cleanup efforts, maintain appropriate master data. Work directly with Supply Chain, Master Data, Finance and Regions to resolve inter-related data, setup, clean-up, and timing of system requirements to ensure a seamless, accurate, uninterrupted, flow of data from and to all required functions. § Assists users in application usage and how-toâs. Anticipates issues as business changes evolve and proactively prepares users and distributors for the impact. Resolves unanticipated issues and usage errors as they occur. § Takes a systematic and sustainable approach to evaluate solution alternatives, makes fact-based decisions, and evaluate the consequences of recommendations/actions. § Revenue & Price Promotion Planning Administration/Support - Key liaison with Finance and Regions for budgeting actions, provide necessary master data for base planning process, assists users in application usage and how-toâs. Expert knowledge of Cognos planning models and ongoing revisions. § GI Planning Tool Administration/Support â ensure the preparation of tools in support of GI Planning execution for regions and corporate. Work with internal and external resources, where needed, to provide tools as needed, on time.System Documentation and Training: Create and maintain system documentation, job aids and system flows in support of internal and external usage. Provide onboarding and ongoing training for users related to how systems work and interact, dependencies, tips and tricks. |
Education and experience | · Bachelorâs Degree · 3-5 years experience in some aspect of pricing in a CPG company · Experience with spreadsheets/financial application maintenance · Experience successfully working with functional and cross-functional teams required. | · Degree in IS or systems management · Price planning, analysis, execution/application, or reporting
