Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Science degree graduate in Agriculture, Seed Technology courses or other related courses
Experience
Three to five years work experience in Seed Quality Assurance operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity. Has the ability to coordinate/ negotiate with people at all levels including government and private agencies.
Competencies/Skills
The position requires strong written and oral communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, good negotiating skills, strong personal initiative, strong knowledge of general Quality Management skills. Ability to work well in a small team environment and the ability to work well in a culture that values diversity. Has wide exposure in quality assurance processes especially seed testing. Good in oral and written communications. Has high degree of diplomacy, interpersonal skills and tact. Preferable has knowledge in ISO 9001, has good communication skills.
