Job Description:
The Knowledge Services Organization supports PricewaterhouseCoopers connecting people to people and connecting people to the insights (Intellectual Property) of PwC.

The Knowledge Services function works with practice area leadership, KSO leadership and Knowledge Staff to provide knowledge enabling initiatives, knowledge enabling technologies, infrastructure and related processes in the Firm. This team is accountable for the knowledge development and technological enablement of knowledge solutions and content management capabilities of the organization to drive the development of distinctive knowledge for the Firm.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Thorough understanding of Knowledge Services functions; research methods and resources


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to:

Locate potentially adverse information from a variety of resources in the public domain (including but not limited to news, legal, SEC, other regulatory and government restricted lists) and synthesizes the findings into a clear summary.

Independently complete Adverse Data Search reports on complex assignments; ability to work independently and creatively to solve research problems.

Ensure significant adverse findings are escalated appropriately

Collaborate with Knowledge Services professionals, partners and staff all levels across an organization

Apply sound judgement and autonomous decision making skills to prioritize projects, and resolve complex issues while seeking stakeholder or leadership input where needed

Provide timely accurate guidance to client service staff in accpetance proces

Some experience working in a professional services environment a plus

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 2

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or 2 years of PwC experience

Additional Information:
Experience with the following tools - Lexis/Nexis, Factiva, Westlaw, Pacer, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings and enforcement, and US public records and Restricted Party Screening (RPS).
