Job description
Test Architects specialize in the testing of applications or solutions. They are responsible for designing test strategy, setting the direction for testing, outlining the test environment and test data needs, and recommending test tools. They provide technical leadership and assist the Test Manager with test planning. They provide leadership for test design and guidance during test specification development. They act as a mentor and coach, participates in team meetings, and creates Intellectual Capital assets for reuse.
Candidates should have experience in testing of large enterprise wide applications and defining E2E test solutions. They will be responsible for designing test strategies and the approaches to testing applications or solutions. They specialize in functional and/or non-functional testing.. Up to 100% travel required.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Test Design, Test Strategy and Test Planning
- At least 5 years experience in Test Environment Planning
- At least 5 years experience in Project Management
- At least 5 years experience in Test Execution
- At least 3 years experience in Delivery Management
- At least 3 years experience in Industry Test Tool Expertise
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge
