Position Overview
Responsible for managing the development life cycle of Enterprise IT projects, including monitoring department metrics, resolving problems, reviewing trends and determining solutions. Work with Business Unit Partners to develop technology strategies and roadmaps for long-term planning. Manage project teams and project cost to ensure fiscally responsible spending.
Responsibilities
• Manage budget for department/projects including forecasting annual needs, tracking costs, investigating variances, and refining estimates.
• Champion and manage the development life cycle of Enterprise IT projects.
• Monitor Departmental metrics, problems, trends, etc, in order to determine solutions, required process changes, etc. - Suggest areas for improvement and solutions in internal processes, as well as any processes interaction with vendors and Service Providers.
• Work with Business Partners to develop the business and technology strategy roadmap for 3 to 5 year planning efforts.
• Actively motivate, coach, mentor, train and provide leadership to team members including assessment in development and delivery of project material for ServiceMaster.
• Ensure systems are maintained and remain operational according to their respective SLA.
• Responsible for delivering the right products/solutions on time, with the right costs, while ensuring that they adhere to technical and operating standards.
