Position Overview
Communicates with the business analyst to help with defining requirements for new applications and reports. Performs testing and provides unit testing documentation for new and/or modified applications and reports. Communicates with Development team the status of the new and/or modified applications and reports. Provides application support to corporate, Division, Region and Branch personnel.
Responsibilities
• Communicates with end users and/or the business analyst for user requirements
• Communicates with the Development team to ensure a complete understanding of requirements
• Demonstrates a highly developed knowledge of the application
• Understands, reports and documents defects
• Understands file structures and links
• Create Queries
• Follows Quality Assurance standards, processes and policies
• Provides documentation to the Communication group for releases
• Provides training when necessary
• Provides application support to the Help Desk and other departments as necessary
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field with 2 - 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, required
