Technical Software Engineer - Cerner Report Writer 

Job Summary: Provides leadership for the research, evaluation, selection, development, testing and implementation of computer and communications technology. Maintains current systems' performance through performance reviews and identifying and implementing improvements. Works with user departments to identify project/system-needs, problem resolution and effective use of resources.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Required Experience: Three to five years experience in a technical role in a computer services environment of comparable size and complexity with a concentration in design analysis, computer programming networks and protocols, project management.

·  Preferred 3 to 5 years extensive Cerner system specific knowledge

·  Proven knowledge of Millennium  data model

·  Extensive report development using CCL  & Discern Visual Developer

·  Proven Analytical skills with interpreting user requests and translating into Program specifications
