Position Overview
Identifies key opportunities to develop and sells and manages national and regional end-user/insurance carrier accounts. Oversees top assigned national and regional end user or multi-million dollar or strategically targeted high volume potential insurance carrier accounts to achieve budgeted revenue and retain customer relationships. Provides support and education to the Business Development Managers and franchisee network on how to sell national programs to local end users/insurance carriers which involves mentoring, answering questions, building relationships, and/or handling conflict resolution issues.
Responsibilities
1. Identifies key opportunities to develop and sells and manages national and regional end-user/insurance carrier accounts.
2. Oversees top assigned national and regional end user or multi-million dollar or strategically targeted high volume potential insurance carrier accounts to achieve budgeted revenue and retain customer relationships.
3. Provides support and education to the Business Development Managers and franchisee network on how to sell national programs to local end users/insurance carriers which involves mentoring, answering questions, building relationships, and/or handling conflict resolution issues.
4. Develops and implements marketing strategies/tactics responses to catastrophes and negotiating vendor contracts and plays a key role in negotiating vendor contracts.
5. Conducts regular business reviews at the corporate executive and regional level to educate insurance carrier personnel in program success, technology advances and additional opportunities/challenges.
6. Develops National Account Managers to provide account support, facilitate problem resolution and to create positive customer experiences.
7. Coordinates national response for home office and franchise networks to respond to catastrophes as needed in the field.
8. Assists in negotiating vendor program renewal contracts and guidelines with existing insurance company vendor programs.
9. Verifies service level agreements and guidelines are met/exceeded with assigned national accounts.
10. Assists with the collection of past due monies for franchises by communicating with clients and requesting their assistance.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in related field plus (2) two years of relevant experience in sales and managing national accounts required
