Procurement Finance Analyst Indirects


 


Not just any job: You will be responsible for the following tasks in our Procurement Finance Department:


·         Within Procurement Finance team act as lead coordinator for Indirects controlling, under governance of Finance Director & Controller Procurement global and Procurement Finance Manager responsible for Global Indirects


·         Business partner and support to the Procurement leadership team on Indirects management.


·         Lead budget control for  the Chief Procurement Officer office, Finance & Capabilities team, Chemicals network


·         Ensures proper budgeting process including budget guidance issuance and information flow design and control


·         Issues cost control guidance for the Procurement Global organization, in close collaboration and alignment with the Global Controlling Accounting team


·         Handles monthly and quarterly reporting process according to the Corporate schedule and instructions


·         Reviews and analyses monthly Indirect costs, provides info to the budget holders


·         Leads monthly discussions with Vice President Procurement Global, Human Resources Director  Procurement Global


·         Provides Indirects forecast for Global Supply Chain on a monthly basis


·         Supports and tracks Indirects cost savings projects


·         Plays a vital role in Indirects Strategy preparation


·         Prepares ad-hoc reports which support business decisions taking


·         Collaborates with Procurement Finance Capability Leadership Team and Procurement Finance Managers to identify, initiate, and manage any actions necessary to maintain and improve current Indirects controlling process


·         Proactively supports, drives Indirects agenda for Procurement Global


·         Takes decisions in the area of accounting treatments and analysis, information flows and formats, application of budgeting methods and communication to the stakeholders

·         University degree


·         Proven 5 years' experience in management accounting or cost controlling (including factory product cost controlling)


·         Knowledge of international financial accounting principles


·         Fluent in English


·         Excellent computer skills (PC office tools, SAP, financial systems)


·         Objective Analytical Power & Creative Problem Solving


·         Strong interpersonal management & communication skills



  •   Ability to work under pressure against deadlines
