We are currently looking for a Planner. This role will be office based and requires candidates with supply chain / logistics knowledge.

Job Position: Planner - One Shelf
Reports to: Assistant Planning Manager
Location: Dubai
Main purpose of the role
· Service one shelf orders on time in full for NAME.
· Support the business to deliver the one shelf turnover target.
Main Accountabilities:
· Customer Relations
o To establish and sustain collaborative/ productive relationship with Unilever Customers internal and external.
o Responding to Customer queries and requests.
o Managing systematic approach to record, evaluate and report issues/ opportunities/ concerns brought forward by customers.
· Order Management
o Ensure orders are raised on time and stocks are procured accordingly.
o Ensuring that orders are processed accurately, in line with forecast and at the right price.
o Ensure re-work / stickering is done when applicable without delaying orders.
o Liase with shipping line on booking vessels and cut off dates.
o Analyze and then identify weakness, areas of improvement, and benchmarks of satisfaction and recommend appropriate actions.
· Demand & Supply Reconciliation
o Provide a shipment plan against the forecast on a monthly basis.
o Resolve supply issues to maximize opportunities
o Chair demand and supply reconciliation meeting to highlight risk and present opportunities.
o Recommend routes based on loadability to save on costs / time.
· Financial Management
o Report sales turnover for NAME.
o Prepare and update financial shipment plan.
