We are looking for Customer Executives to work in many different cities in Turkey.



 


Key Accountabilities:


 


- Coordinate the relations with the purchasing departments of the key accounts
- Develop and implement account specific promotional and merchandising activities
- To formulate and implement effective sales strategies and promotion plans for the key accounts
- Develop in store business plans that contains right and relevant in store tools to achieve incremental sales and share gains in compliance with company and category priorities
- Execute in store business plans and ensure monthly sales targets and quarterly growth targets are delivered
- Achieve in store KPIs in respective customer in conjunction with customer buying teams, customer store replenishment teams, customer area managers, company EDGE and Channel Marketing teams
- Measure compliance against basic company merchandising principles and agreed KPI's and report the performance via hand held terminals
- Take corrective action and develop in store business plans for an evolving, improved in store performance through analysis of KPI results
- Ensure clear and correct communication of information about shopper, competitor and customer activities from point of purchase to company
- Deliver regular visits to relevant customer stores, headquarter, warehouses for achievement of KPIs
- Ensure effective management of Unilever Field Merchandising Staff starting from hiring to performance building


 


Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in an FMCG company
- Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellence in analytical thinking & creativity
- Having strong communication skills & team alignment
- Valid driving license
- No obstacles for travelling
