Main Accountabilities:


 


·         Manage the Quality team responsible for delivering quality control and quality assurance in the site


·         Ensure that Quality and Hygiene policies and standards are followed throughout the manufacturing process


·         Ensure implementation of Unilever Quality processes and standards across sites


·         Manage consumer safety or regulatory compliance


·         Develop, deploy and implement continuous improvement plans to deliver quality improvement


·         Work with suppliers to implement plans to ensure and improve quality of raw and packing materials


·         Ensure that Quality and Hygiene policies and standards are followed throughout the manufacturing process


·         Work with Countries and Categories in improving Product Quality in the market as well as reduce quality complaints and defects with our products


·         Develop and manage the site quality  training programmes


·         Plan and arrange the efficient use of resources  in QA


·         Run projects to enhance quality improvement; develop and implement tools for monitoring products quality


 



 


Professional / Personal requirements:


 








·         University degree in Engineering (Chemistry preferred)   


·         Fluency in English


·         Considerable QA managerial experience in production environment


-          High level of IT user skills


-          Customer focused attitude with a strong awareness of organizational resources


-          Agreeable, responsive personality


·         Outstanding communicative and persuasive skills with pro-active and energetic attitude
